ASSEMBLY AND COMPLETION
Basic activities of cable harnesses assembly include:
- Cutting and stripping the insulation of the conductor ends of diameter O.05–6 mm2, of lengths of cut conductors 1–200 000 mm, stripping of 1st side/end 0-99.9 mm and 2nd side/end 0–40 mm, flat/ribbon/tape cables up to the width of 12 mm of minimal length of 50 mm
- Attaching wires with wide range of contacts, cable eye,/lug/shoe, terminals including various surface plating
- Crimp and soldered splices, tinplated ends of wires
- Connectors assembly, eventually fuse doses
- Assembly of basic cable harnesses for consumer goods industry and telecommunication
- Assembly of cable harnesses for automotive industry
- Completion of plastic connectors for cable assembly for automotive and electro technical industries

We provide our customers with free consulting in the area of production and design of cable harnesses:

PRODUCTS
TELECOMMUNICATIONS – One of the operations of our company is production of cable harnesses for telecommunication and data networks.
CONSUMER ELECTRONICS – Integral part of the production are cable harnesses for white home appliances. Producers of industry washing machines, drying machines, textile machines and home appliances belong to our customers in the area.
AUTOMOTIVE – We have been also producing cable harnesses for automotive industry for several years. Our customers are both foreign and Czech companies. The range of production is quite wide, includes cable harnesses for cars, automotive trucks, train sets and other means of transport.
MACHINES AND APPLIANCES – Cable harnesses production for machines and appliances is our main activity, representing approximately 25 per cent of total production of the company. Our customers in the area include important producers of fork-lifts, boiler controls, automatic carriage doors, air-conditioning etc.
